Emily & Jack’s Joy-Filled Wedding at Scorrier House


Some weddings just remind me how lucky I am to do this job. I say it all the time (and I’ll keep saying it!) - being a wedding photographer is so bloody cool. I get to meet the most incredible couples and document their love in some of the most beautiful venues and wild corners that Cornwall has to offer.

Emily and Jack’s wedding at Scorrier House was exactly that kind of day - joyful, relaxed, and full of laughter from start to finish.

These two are childhood sweethearts, which made the whole celebration feel even more special. There was such an easy, natural connection between them, and it was clear how loved they are by everyone around them. From the moment the morning preparations began, the atmosphere was full of excitement and happy energy - the kind that’s completely contagious.

Scorrier House gave us the most beautiful light throughout the day. While Emily was getting ready, her ethereal dress floated around the room like smoke as the final touches came together, with flowers, hair, and makeup creating the most stunning bridal look. The whole morning felt calm, joyful, and full of anticipation.
