Anna & Jason’s Romantic Elopement at Caerhays Estate 🤍
A couple of days ago I had the absolute joy of photographing the most gorgeous elopement at the stunning Caerhays Estate. Cornwall always has a way of surprising me, and Anna & Jason’s day was nothing short of magical.
We started the morning at The Vean, tucked away within the Caerhays Estate. I hadn’t been back in a while, and it was every bit as beautiful as I remembered – calm, elegant, and the perfect space for those chilled, heartfelt prep moments before the big “I do”.
A Dreamy Ceremony at the Coastguard’s Lookout
From there, we hopped into a dreamy cream camper van (honestly, the perfect choice for an elopement road trip!) and headed up to the Coastguard’s Lookout for the ceremony.
It was deeply personal, full of emotion, and set against the most breathtaking sea views. Just as vows were being exchanged, the sun broke through the clouds and lit up the grassy fields surrounding the lookout. It felt like Cornwall itself was celebrating alongside us. Pure magic.
Beach Moments & Castle Magic
Afterwards, we made our way down to Porthluney Beach for some relaxed portraits by the sea, before finishing with the iconic Caerhays Castle walk and drive. The castle backdrop is something out of a fairytale – the perfect way to wrap up such a heartfelt, intimate day.
Anna and Jason, congratulations again! You made me feel so welcome, and it truly was such a joy to capture your story and meet your loved ones. Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness.
